What's for dinner?

Living in a very politically correct city, there are all sorts of food movements here.

100 mile diet

The 100 mile diet is interesting. You only eat food that is produced within 100 miles of where you live. The diet ties most environmental concerns together in a nice little package. Like global warming, transporation of food, concern for the local farmer, organic farming, and knowing what you're eating. On the website, you can look up your 100 mile radius. Living in Seattle, you can eat almost any local fish, most things at local farmers markets and Yakima hops.
